Shipping:
Our cookies are baked to order and will be shipped within 1-3 days via USPS.

Cancellations:  We will only cancel an order if is not yet baked, in transit or out for delivery.  We will refund your order via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Returns: We will not accept returns on perishable items once they leave our facility. We encourage overnight or 1-2 day shipping during summer months.  We will not issue a refund for melted cookies as melted chocolate, buttercream frosting or royal icing are aesthetic only.

Storage: To keep our  cookies the freshest we recommend you store them in the refrigerator or freezer. 

Orders: 100 cookies or more, we require a weeks notice with a 50% down payment.
